The Lexus NX has a 2.5L In-line 4-cylinder that makes 203 horsepower for the standard setup. The 2022 NX 350h AWD creates a bit more horsepower with that 2.5L In-line 4-cylinder engine, it produces 240 horsepower. The Lexus NX 350 AWD and NX 350 F Sport Handling AWD trim levels both come with a Turbo 2.4L in-line 4-cylinder engine that has 275hp. Second time it turned out to be a transmission pump and they replaced it for me and everything was covered under my extended warranty except for a few things i decided to pay for.

I visited this dealership first time around the beginning of the year because i was hearing certain noise and my car was still under extended warranty.
At first they thought it was the steering column and they replaced it but i still kept hearing the same noise so i took it back.
Second time it turned out to be a transmission pump and they replaced it for me and everything was covered under my extended warranty except for a few things i decided to pay for.
The last incident was few days ago when i parked my car to get some food and got back to it to find a locked steering wheel that wont unlock no matter what i did.
I had to tow the car back to the dealer and they did take care of it for me even though it was really magical how it started with them after me and someone else from the same dealership tried to start the car with no use.
My service advisor Adam was great to deal with i guess my only problem with them was that i had to pay for the tow which was $325 and they never offered to cover it even though they did a steering column replacement for me and i still believe the steering lock issue was related to that job.
Im not the kind that would try fighting over a small charge i just believe this was very inconvenient and could have caused me an accident easily and for me to have to pay for the towing charge was not expected.
I would still recommend Adam to work with he tried giving me discount on extra work they did for me like a wheel alignment and they found a bubble on one of the tires they had sold to me earlier this year and only charged me for the labor to replace it.
