I couldn't have been more happy, pleased and even surprised by this dealership! I found them online and they were the closest to my hometown. I was first impressed with the beauty of the showroom floor, the lighting and the cleanliness! The next impression was they had a receptionist right as you walk who called up a salesman to greet us. And that saleslady was Carli Burke! How lucky was I!!! She was so friendly, knowledgeable and just plain sweet! I'm sure all the salespeople are good at what they do, but I hit the jackpot with her! After making the deal on my new SUV, she was very prompt in answering my phone calls and texts the next few days (I had to order my SUV). A few days later, I sat down with the finance person and that also went very smooth. There was no high pressure from anyone at the dealership. I couldn't have asked for a better staff. I dreaded having to buy a new vehicle, knowing how high pressure it was going to be, but I didn't experience anything like that. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new Lexus!

I expressed my frustration to sales person and dealership trade-in offers that were heavily undercut and was told it appeared to be a mistake because I was listed as SALE ONLY BUT CEASAR WOULD CORRECT TO TRADE IN WHICH NEVER OCCURRED ON THE TWO FINAL CARS INTERESTED And Poor follow-up from sales person Ceasar with long waits and then a quick call from a sales lady on not getting a out-the-door price breakdown poor customer service for a 2025 EX350
